Census Information for Nonprofits

Nonprofit Counts, a group dedicated to mobilizing nonprofits for the 2010 Census, has just released a toolkit for use by nonprofits in working on Census issues. This kit is available on CD-ROM and online.

In addition, Nonprofit Counts will be holding a webinar on October 27 with information about how nonprofits can participate in the Census.

There are various ways a nonprofit can choose to be involved in the Census, and many reasons why they should. In order to ensure that everyone is counted in this Census, please take a look at Nonprofit Counts and think about what your nonprofit can do to help.

Do you have plans to work on the Census this year? What will you be doing? Please tell us in the comments!
