Today is the Anniversary of the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act - Share Your Equal Pay Stories!

On January 29, 2009, President Obama signed into law the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which clarified that every discriminatory paycheck or action restarts the clock for filing a pay discrimination complaint.

As more steps need to be taken on equal pay, this anniversary marks the perfect time to move forward.

Lilly Ledbetter plans to mark the day by visiting members of Congress to talk about the Paycheck Fairness Act, which will close loopholes that allow unequal pay to continue.

What will you do for the day?
