Volunteer Manager: The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for fulfilling recruitment needs within PathWays PA’s Self-Sufficiency Department. The manager will also make volunteer recruitment sustainable by training staff and/or volunteers to take over the program in the future. Prior experience managing volunteers preferred.

Publications Analyst: This position will be split between two locations - Delaware County, PA and Wayne, PA, with the VISTA member spending half their time at one organization as a Publications Analyst and half at another organization as a Career Services Program Coordinator. At both organizations, the member will be responsible for developing and marketing publications, curriculum, and services. The member will also expand the web presence of both organizations to make better use of social media, online newsletters, etc. Strong writing background and English/Communications studies preferred, as well as knowledge of social media.

Healthcare Sector Analyst: The Healthcare Sector Analyst will be responsible for collecting and disseminating research and information to Delaware County Healthcare Partnership members. The analyst will also collect and evaluate data to show the impact of Partnership programs and improve the programs offered. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and workforce issues preferred.


PA CareerLink VISTA: The PA CareerLink VISTA will market a myriad of services of the public workforce development system to employers in the local geographic area. The primary goal of the VISTA member’s outreach efforts will be to establish new employer accounts while maintaining existing accounts. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
