The Pregnancy Discrimination Act Turns 35 on Oct 31st!

On October 31st, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) turns 35! And one of the best ways to celebrate is to move the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (HR 1975/S 942), a bill that builds on the PDA's legacy to ensure fair treatment for pregnant workers.
