Give the Gift of Hope this Holiday Season

The holiday season is upon us, and many of you are likely making plans with your families to celebrate the year that has passed and the year to come. But for many homeless women, children and teens in our communities, the holidays are like all other days - filled with uncertainty and fear.

Today, on Giving Tuesday, we hope you will take a moment to think of the countless families that will not share in happy holiday celebrations and give them a gift that leads to self-sufficiency.

At this special, gift-giving time of the year, we are asking for your gift - not for us but for our families. Please assist us in supporting the women and children in our care, who will spend the holidays without a home or loved ones to keep them warm.

Many of our clients have been neglected, abused and have nowhere to go. PathWays PA gives them the stability and security they need to begin to rebuild their lives and care for their children.

Our caring staff promotes education, teaches parenting and life skills, fosters self-esteem and gives the women the opportunities to attain their life goals including family well-being and self-sufficiency.

As you prepare for the holiday season, please take a moment to think about the vulnerable families in our programs. Each year, we care for over 4,500 women, children, teens and families throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. Thanks to your generosity, Alan is happily succeeding in the first grade and Niylah is achieving significant social, emotional and physical milestones through early childhood development programs.

But for every family that achieves success, there are countless more that are looking for a pathway to a new life, an opportunity to do better for their children, a permanent, caring home for their family. Can you make a donation to help these families create a better future?

Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones from the staff, board of directors, volunteers and all the families we serve at PathWays PA.

Peace, Health and Happiness,

Brenda Dawson

P.S. - Your generosity is greatly needed and deeply appreciated! No gift is too small, and every gift is important to the women, children, and families we serve!
