If you get food stamps and lost food in the winter storms, read this.

Our friends at Community Legal Services are reminding SNAP (food stamp) recipients that if you lose food because of a power outage, fire, or flood, you might be eligible to get it replaced. You have to act fast, though - notify your welfare office or customer service center within 10 days of when the food is spoiled.
